Orams Marine has a respected international reputation and has played an important part in Auckland’s marine industry for more than 50 years. Renowned specialists in superyacht refits, marine equipment and motor repairs, boat maintenance, boat storage and sales, Orams continues to innovate and evolve.

The Orams Marine Village is a bold and definitive mixed-use initiative that will add value to the award-winning Wynyard Quarter which has revitalised and reenergised this part of Auckland city. Adjoining to Silo Park, Orams Marine Village will further enhance Wynyard Quarter attracting locals, families and tourists to work, live and play on Auckland’s waterfront and one of the biggest urban transformations in the city’s history.

With high-profile multinationals and New Zealand brands having established a corporate presence within the Wynyard Quarter, the $140 million Orams Marine Village project will add vital office and retail space to this area which has had zero commercial vacancy since July 2018.

The design and schematic plans have a strong identity and the development will allow a wide range of commercial tenants to come together and leverage off the locational and infrastructural benefits that the wider precinct offers.
